A Service Provider is any organisation, institution or professional capable of addressing one or more vulnerabilities or special needs identified in applicants for international protection. Service Providers are key actors in the referral process and are essential to ensuring that applicants receive timely, adequate and coordinated support.
Service Providers can include public authorities, NGOs, healthcare institutions, shelters, counselling centres, child protection services, and other entities offering relevant support.
