For Focal Points

The Referral Tool is designed to support the authorities and personnel in fulfilling their obligation to refer applicants of international protection with special needs to adequate support.

A Focal Point is an official or a person acting in an official capacity on behalf of the interested authority tasked to map the services available in a designated territory and keep them up to date. They can operate at central level or be assigned to a certain area.

The Focal Points play a crucial role in ensuring the Referral Tool is functional, accurate, and trusted in their assigned country or region.
